We have worked hard to provide you with the most convenient internet experience possible.If you have any questions related to our online catalog or any of our products, please send us an email. What UniWebSites© needs from your company; Existing promotional material such as a company brochure and flyers. This can be picked up or email to UniWebSites©. Your company logo, whether in a printed version or digital image. This can be picked up or email to UniWebSites©. Inform UniWebSites© that you are ready for the site to be built. At which point we will again review the templates and go over the look of you web site. At which time the initial payment of 50% will be paid. (This payment can be made in person.) You will review the web pages template for approval. Once approved, UniWebSites© plugs in the additional information, fine tunes the page navigation and forms. You will again be contacted to review the final draft. Once approved, the final upload will occur, and your web site will then be registered in the search engines, if needed, at which time the final payment is due. (This payment can be made in person.) YOUR WEB SITE IS 100% COMPLETE! The more content you want for the web site, the longer it will take; but even for the most complex of sites, I would plan on having your site up and running within weeks rather than months - the quicker you provide the copy, the quicker the site gets put together.
Payment & Policies
50% deposit is required for new web site design. Balance due on delivery and any additional costs must be paid in full before web site is rendered active All requests for updates and changes (maintenance) must be submitted in writing by email or attachment to email (.doc, .pdf, .txt, .rtf). Maintenance requests will be completed within two business days of initial request. Exempt from this are changes or updates that require more than 4 hours to complete or where further consultations with the customer are required. Maintenance contract work will have priority over non-contracted work. Requests for changes and updates not under contract will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. Changes or updates specifically requested to be made before or after business hours, on weekends or holidays will be billed at $50.00 per hour with prior customer approval. Invoices will be emailed upon completion of work, or once a month in the case of maintenance fees. Payment for maintenance services rendered is due within 15 days of work completion. Late or nonpayment of charges will allow us to remove or replace any updated or changed web pages or files at our discretion. A late charge of 5% will be assessed to payments not received by due date and for each billing period (30 days) payment is overdue.
